In 2024, Men are struggling. Record loneliness, losing life by our own hands at a record pace and being told everything is toxic about being a man across media & politics. As a Men's Empowerment Coach & a man who has gone through his own struggles, I aim for this podcast to be a safe place for men to be men. To hear each other stories. To inspire. And to come together.
